My skincare routine for 2021 [Review]

For me personally i love taking care of my skin but for the past year because of Covid-19 and quarantine, honestly i have been lazy in not paying attention to my skin. I need to get my skin back to looking healthy and fresh. So i ordered some new trendy, mostly Korean skincare products from Notino.de . My skin is far from perfect, i have normal to dry skin with patches of dehydration. I have been trying these products for almost a month now and seeing some amazing changes in my skin. I will go in depth with each product to help you out which product is suitable for you.

Banila co clean it zero cleansing balm Review

Banila Co. clean it zero cleansing balm:

Firstly I go in with Banila Co. clean it zero cleansing balm especially at night to remove any makeup, dust and impurities. The balm comes in a beautiful plastic jar with a spatula. I just scoop it onto my hand and massage onto my skin. It melts down immediately and takes of stubborn makeup including water-proof eye-makeup. I wash off with luke warm water and follow through with my face-wash. I don’t have a particular face-wash, it changes depending on my mood. The Banila Co cleansing balm is very lightweight and has a coconut oil like texture. It has a very mild, pleasant scent. My skin feels very soft and clean afterwards and is neither dry nor oily. It neither irritate my eyes nor break me out. In my opinion it would be suitable for most skin types.

Purito centella green level buffet serum Revie

Purito Centella green level buffet serum:

After completely cleaning my skin i apply 2 pumps of the Purito Centella green level buffet serum and massage gently into the skin. Serum has a very pleasant green tea scent. The texture is light and not that rich, slight gel like feel to it. It does not feel sticky and absorbs very quickly into the skin. My face feels nice but not well moisturized so i use a moisturizer afterwards. I only like to use this twice a week and only at night because it doesn’t sits well under makeup(foundation). I have noticed that if i use this more than twice a week i would get small white spots on my face. I like to use this serum because it has anti-wrinkle, anti-inflammatory, whitening properties and reduces pigmentation.

Missha super aqua cell renew snail moisturizer Review

Missha super aqua cell renew snail moisturizer:

After applying my serum i use Missha cell renew snail essential moisturizer. It comes in a pump, easy to control the amount. I use 3 to 4 pumps and massage into my skin. It has a creamy consistency yet feels light on the skin. Absorbs quickly, needs a minute and doesn’t leave any film behind. It feels rich on the skin and leaves a long-lasting feeling of moisture . It gives me satin finish and sits well under makeup. My skin feels pleasant, firm, smooth and well groomed. I am very satisfied with how my skin looks after consistence use. I love to use this in morning and night. I’ll continue to buy this and highly recommend Missha snail moisturizer. Nothing bad to say.

Benton aloe propolis smoothing gel Review

Benton Aloe Propolis smoothing gel:

I love to use some kind of Aloe vera gel at night because of its benefits for face and skin. Here are some of them:

  • it improves skin and prevent wrinkles (anti-aging properties).
  • moisturize the skin.
  • boosts healing of wounds.
  • reduces infection and acne.
  • lightens blemishes on the skin.

After applying my serum and a moisturizer i like to use Benton Aloe Propolis smoothing gel on my face at night because of dry patches on my skin. It has a very light gel consistency, contains 80% Aloe leaf juice and 10% Bee Propolis. It calms down any redness i have as it feels cooling on the face. I keep this in my fridge for extra cooling effect. Aloe soothing gel takes some time to absorb into the skin completely. It does not break me out. Only thing is that i wish it was slightly more hydrating as i have used other aloe gel which are more hydrating than this one. I think it will work perfectly for someone with normal, oily or even sensitive acne prone skin.
