Artdeco always comes out with amazing products and this time again I am amazed by this Perfect Mat Eyeliner Waterproof. I don’t have any bad thing to say about it, don’t know why it has so many bad review tho. The brush is very fine and it is very easy to draw a precise line. The formula is super pigmented and even. Consistency is very nice, not runny at all. It almost feels like those felt tip pen liner. Very quickly dries down. It has a matte finish as the name says.
