Benefit Hoola Quickie is a twist-up contour stick. The texture is so creamy and smooth. The color is intensely pigmented. I literally draw it on and then blend. If you want a more sculpted look, add more and blend. It’s definitely buildable and blends effortlessly. Best way to blend Hoola Quickie is with a damp beauty blender or sponge.
