The Artdeco eyeliner has a fine soft tip, very precise and easy to apply. It has a matte finish which looks beautiful on the eyes. The formula is richly pigmented and even. Shade No. “6 ocean eyes” is a pretty blue color not too bright niether too dull. It dries quickly after application but can be removed easily with your normal makeup-remover or facewash. Artdeco Calligraphy Dip Eyeliner comes in the verity of shades, I picked out the color “19 – blue stardust”. Personally, I don’t like this particular shade as it doesn’t stand out on my eyes that much. It’s a dark blue color with fine glitter. I thought it would be brighter. The packaging is very sleek.
