Real Techniques Miracle Complexion Sponge [Review]
I am a big fan of Real Techniques makeup tools and mostly use their brushes in my daily makeup routine. I have never tried Beauty Blender so I can’t tell you if it’s a dupe or not. I have been using Real Techniques Miracle Complexion Sponge for years and can honestly say that haven’t felt the need to try something less. The sponge is designed to be used wet or dry but I personally like using it wet. It gets double in size when you wet it. It’s quite bouncy and not stiff. I have tried it with different foundations, concealer and cream products like blush / contour, it works…

Mac Chili Lipstick [Review + Swatches]
MAC Chili Lipstick is from Matte range, which means that it has rich pigment, intense color pay-off and no shine. To me Mac Chili is rusty brownish red color. It’s a perfect red for autumn and winter. The texture of this lipstick is creamier than most matte lipsticks. It’s not drying on the lips but it’s not moisturising either. I always apply a lip balm underneath. The wearing time is pretty good, on me it stays on for about 6-7 hours. But it’s not transfer-proof, when you eat or drink, the color comes off from the inner centre of the lips. It leaves behind a stain so it looks quite…

Biotherm Aquasource Everplump Night [Review]
Biotherm Aquasource Everplump Night is a thick gel, translucent dark blue in color. The gel feels cooling on the face which makes it perfect for summer nights. It’s easy to apply but takes a little time to absorb in completely. However, it does not leave behind a greasy film on the skin. This gel helps to nourish skin. My skin feels smooth and moisturized the next morning. My skin really feels a little tighter and fresh too. It is recommended to avoid eyes and lip area. The Aquasource Everplump Night gel doesn’t smell much to me. In my opinion, it’s ideal for people who have combination, oily or normal skin but…

Da Vinci Reinigungsseife für Kosmetikpinsel [Review]
Da Vinci Reinigungsseife für Kosmetikpinsel is really good, works pretty well. I have been using it for quite some time and I am very pleased with my purchase. The soap completely cleans my brushes without making them harsh or stiff. It removes foundation, powder and eye-makeup from my brushes and gives them a soft feel when they are dried. The Da Vinci Soap smells like lemons, so fresh. It’s a bit annoying that the product is in the container, because it will get dirty if you don’t rinse the soap from the top at the end of every use. I will definitely keep buying it. Da Vinci Reinigungsseife für Kosmetikpinsel,…

Mac Kinda Sexy Lipstick [Review + Swatches]
Mac Kinda Sexy Lipstick is a peachy nude color. Sometime it’s really hard for me to pull this color. On me Kinda Sexy looks flattering when I am wearing it with smokey or dark eye-makeup. I think this color will suit fair to medium skin tones. It’s from Mac Matte range but I feel like it has more of a satin finish. The formula is amazing, highly pigmented and it glides on smoothly. I don’t find it drying on my lips. It doesn’t accentuate my dry patches or fine lines. Staying power is nice too, on me the color stays for about 4 hours, though it comes off when I…
