311 Be Brilliant is a classic red color with intense shine/gloss, perfect of Christmas. In my option this color will look flattering on almost all skin tones. The applicator is very easy to use, color applies evenly and preciously. It has light creamy texture. Highly pigmented and feels like a lipstick in a gloss form. But doesn’t leave a sticky feeling on the lips. Lips feel hydrated and light. This lipstick/lipgloss is not transfer proof but is very longlasting.
