The Artdeco eyeliner has a fine soft tip, very precise and easy to apply. It has a matte finish which looks beautiful on the eyes. The formula is richly pigmented and even. Shade No. “6 ocean eyes” is a pretty blue color not too bright niether too dull. It dries quickly after application but can be removed easily with your normal makeup-remover or facewash. Artdeco always comes out with amazing products and this time again I am amazed by this Perfect Mat Eyeliner Waterproof. I don’t have any bad thing to say about it, don’t know why it has so many bad review tho. The brush is very fine and it is very easy to draw a precise line. The formula is super pigmented and even. Artdeco Calligraphy Dip Eyeliner comes in the verity of shades, I picked out the color “19 – blue stardust”.
