I apply this mask before I shower and leave it on for about 20-30 mins. I can really see a different in my hair. They look more healthy, nourished, smooth and shiny. Now my ends are not dead as before. I use this mask once a week or sometimes every other week. In my opinion it’s really important to use some kind of hair mask at least twice a month for healthy and shiny looking hair.
